Our program is dedicated to providing crucial support to Black youths aged 15-29 in and around Northwest Toronto who are facing challenges related to substance use and mental health. We offer a lifeline to these young individuals and their families, helping them overcome obstacles, embark on a journey towards recovery, and make informed decisions for their well-being.<\/p>\n

Mission and Focus:<\/strong> The ‘New Roads’ program is committed to identifying and addressing the treatment needs and issues surrounding substance use and mental health within the Black youth community in Northwest Toronto. The project aims to amplify the voices of our youth and community members, fostering open and sensitive conversations about substance use and mental health.<\/p>\n

Breaking Down Accessibility Barriers:<\/strong> Understanding the barriers that Black youth and their families often encounter when seeking addiction and mental health services, ‘New Roads’ is designed to reduce these obstacles, ensuring that help is readily available when it’s needed the most.<\/p>\n
